This machine can achieve the function of lithium ion polymer battery, such as automatic loading material, fixing battery site, Smooth surface protective film, step protective film, automatic out material etc.
This machine is consist of mechanical and control part, mechanical part take advantage of two turntable rotation and jig backflow form to realize each working place connected. It is compose of six part position, there are automatic loading material, battery site, battery switch over and overturn location, battery protective film site ,battery material automatic conveyer site. By the control part is composed of various precise sensor and PLC, thereby make driving mechanical part accomplish reliable sequence action.
