Features and Funtions
On the aim of “one machine for several funtions”, this equipment can automatically assemble and test varies models and sizes of car waterproof connectors. Moreover, it is equipped with DD servomotor which seperates 8 sliting platform for the purpose of changing directions arbitrarily.
1. Apply Japanese FM piezeoelectric vibration plates and straight material conveyor.
2. Full Automatic Assembling Machine for Car Waterproof Connector is equipped with high precision & high-contact sensor which can reach 0.001mm. Replacing the traditional teating means of machinery and optical fiber sensor, it greatly strengthen and improve the tesing precision;
3. Its touch sceen can automatically show the start time , off time, ulitization rate and types and reasons for faults;
4. It is designed with safety proction mantle which can guarantee the safety of operators;
5. Each equipment can operate at least two products’ assembling, inspection and package.
